Get-As International Plc. is a dynamic organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border transport. We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will help streamline sales operations, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Assist the sales team with administrative support including preparing quotes, sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients.
Track and manage sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Prepare sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and provide insights to management.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order issues or complaints promptly.
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Support in organizing promotional events, trade shows, or campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
5-8 years Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
