Job Description
Amharic and English typing skills
Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Attending meetings and keep minutes
Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate
Always monitor and follow up on contracts, means make sure all documents are signed and up udated.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Maintain company confidentiality
Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Keep the meeting room ready in advance.
Salary :Negotiable.
Place of Work Addis Ababa, piazza.
Education & Training
8 Years proven experience at secretary or executive secretary
Microsoft office
Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
organizational and time-management skills
