Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Amharic and English typing skills

  • Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.

  • Attending meetings and keep minutes

  • Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate

  • Always monitor and follow up on contracts, means make sure all documents are signed and up udated.

  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

  • Maintain company confidentiality 

  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders

  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible

  • Keep the meeting room ready in advance. 

Salary :Negotiable.

Place of Work Addis Ababa, piazza.

Job Requirements

Education & Training

  • 8 Years proven experience at secretary or executive secretary

  • Microsoft office

  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.

  • organizational and time-management skills

  • Degree/diploma
