Position Summary:
MV Home Textile PLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee its HR and Operations department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s workforce, fostering a positive work environment, upholding the corporate culture, and implementing best practices in human resource and operations management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster effective communication.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Lead performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback systems.
Provide expert guidance on contract negotiations and legal HR matters.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5-8 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity, especially in diverse work environments.
