The Garment Technical & Production Lead is responsible for overseeing both garment technical development and production management. This dual-focus role ensures garments meet technical specifications while optimizing production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness throughout the manufacturing process

Details of Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.

• Working out the human and material resources needed

• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

• Provide technical guidance on garment materials, and production processes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

• Lead and mentor the team, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

• Manage costs associated with production, including materials, labor, and overhead.

• Communicate effectively with designers, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Review and approve patterns, samples, for fit, and manufacturability.

• Checking and approving sample garments and making any changes needed, including correcting faults

• Manage production floor operations including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.

• Train production teams on new techniques and quality requirements.

• Supervising and motivating a team of workers.

Job Requirements

Qualification/ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile and Garment related fields.

• 5+ years of experience in garment manufacturing operations.

• Strong understanding of fabric properties and performance testing

• Time management skills.

• Experience in Similar industry is preferred.

• Adaptability and accountability
