Job Description

The Quality Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the quality management system across the organization. This role ensures that all products, services, and processes meet or exceed regulatory standards, customer expectations, and company quality objectives. The Quality Director leads quality assurance and control teams, develops strategic quality initiatives, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish company-wide quality procedures, standards, and systems to support business operations and promote continuous improvement

  • Oversee all QA activities, including quality control, compliance, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring products meet internal guidelines and regulatory standards

  • Hire, train, and develop QA professionals, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team

  • Work closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and senior management to integrate quality requirements and resolve quality issues

Job Requirements:

  • Education: MSc/MD in Doctor of medicine, Public health, Nursing, Epidemiology, Health informatics & related field of studies.

  • Experience: 5 - 10 years of work experience including 2 years of Direct Proven experiences in quality management in hospital environment.

  • Participate in national quality accreditations & awards, ISO, EQA.

  • Lead quality department as a director or Manager
