We are seeking qualified and experienced Surveyors currently residing in Dire Dawa City to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys to support engineering and construction projects. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of surveying techniques and technologies.

Note: Only applicants who are currently living in Dire Dawa City will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys and collect data using GPS, total stations, levels, and other survey equipment.

 • Analyze survey data and prepare accurate maps, plans, reports, and documentation.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate project implementation.

 • Perform calculations to determine coordinates, elevations, and distances.

 • Maintain and update survey records and documentation.

 • Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.

 • Supervise and guide junior surveyors or assistants, as required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in highway project surveying.

 • Proven work experience as a surveyor minimum of 3 years.

 • Proficient in survey instruments (e.g., total station, GPS, levels) and survey software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).

 • Knowledge of applicable surveying regulations and legal standards.

 • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

 • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 • Good communication Emglish and reporting skills.

 • Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

 • Professional license or certification in land surveying.

 • Familiarity with GIS and remote sensing tools.

 • Experience working on infrastructure or construction projects and Highway Projects.
