Job Description
Duties and Responsibilties:
Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
● Ensure maintenance plans align with equipment manufacturers' guidelines and company policies.
● Identify and allocate resources (labor, tools, spare parts) required for maintenance activities.
● Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts to avoid delays during repairs.
● Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality parts and materials at optimal costs.
● Track the performance, reliability, and usage of machines and equipment.
● Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to maintenance practices.
● Create detailed reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and downtime.
● Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance tasks.
● Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure adherence to maintenance plans.
● Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
● Investigate recurring breakdowns or failures and implement corrective actions.
● Work on projects to enhance maintenance efficiency, such as automation or predictive analytics. 50
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields of study with a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience.
