Real Estate Salesperson (Active & Highly Motivated)
Job Summary: Are you an energetic, self-driven individual with an insatiable desire to succeed in real estate? We're looking for an Active and Highly Motivated Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Addis Ababa. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate new sales leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, online platforms, referrals, and participation in community events.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to offer suitable property solutions.

  • Property Showings & Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative property showings. Highlight key features, benefits, and investment potential of properties to potential buyers and renters.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Expertly negotiate terms and prices to facilitate successful transactions. Guide clients through the entire sales or rental process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience from initial contact to closing.

  • Market Expertise: Continuously research and stay updated on the latest real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes in Addis Ababa. Share insights with clients to help them make informed decisions.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare accurate contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation. Ensure all transactions comply with Ethiopian real estate laws and company policies.

  • After-Sales Service: Provide exceptional post-sale support to clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and encouraging referrals.

  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and property statuses.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, but strong sales professionals from other industries with a passion for property are encouraged to apply.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
