Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee our spa operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organised, and passionate about wellness and hospitality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day spa operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

  • Lead, train, and motivate spa team members

  • Develop and implement spa promotions and wellness programs

Job Requirements

  •  Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a spa supervisory or managerial role in star-rated hotel.

  •  Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and products

  •  Excellent customer service and team management abilities

  •  Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of spa management software is a plus
