Job Description
Position: Shift Supervisor - Feeder & Forming
The purpose of the job is to play a critical role in ensuring the continuous, efficient, and high-quality operation of the glass production process. This position is responsible for supervising the feeder and forming teams, overseeing daily production, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The Supervisor must coordinate resources, manage production schedules, and troubleshoot operational challenges while ensuring optimal equipment performance. Additionally, the role involves staff training, performance evaluation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to support the company's objectives.

• Salary: Per company scale (attractive)
Job Requirements:
• Education: BSc degree or TET Level Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field engineering or a related field.
• Additional training in glass production techniques, machine operation, E safety standards, and supervisory management is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in manufacturing, with supervisory experience in glass forming technologies.
• Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control standards in manufacturing.
- Practical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to production equipment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic production environments and make quick, data-driven decisions.
