Job Description

we are seeking a highly motivated Purchasing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities and inventory handling within the hotel. This role will be critical in ensuring the effectiveness of the entire purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relations. This role will directly impact the hotel's operational efficiency, cost management, and quality control, ensuring that the hotel runs smoothly while maintaining budgetary targets.

• Role and Responsibility: The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all procurement activities within the organization, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services. This role ensures that products are acquired at competitive prices, meet quality standards, standards, and and are are deliv delivered on time. Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, maintaining optimal inventory levels, developing and managing purchasing budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. The Purchasing Manager also leads and develops the purchasing team, collaborates with other departments to meet operational needs, and continuously improves procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirement

• Qualification & Skills: Bachelor's degree or higher in Purchasing Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, A minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within hospitality environment, proven experience in managing the purchasing needs of a multi-departmental hotel, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance. familiarity with hotel procurement software (e.g., Opera, Materials Control, or similar inventory management tools), strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with a focus on securing the best deals while maintaining high product quality, ability to implement inventory management systems and procurement policies that optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce waste, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and projects across multiple departments, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
