BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, COTM or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project requirements - Create, update, and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones, deadlines, and overall progress. - Prepare, manage, and distribute project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates to stakeholders. - Track and monitor project costs, manage change orders, and assist with budget tracking and financial reporting. - Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections, ensuring all activities align with project timelines and objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities - Ensures that ownership documents such as title deeds, purchase agreements, designs etc. for all MSIE Building Facilities are properly filed and kept. - Ensures that all MSIE buildings (both rented and owned) are insured and the insurance policies are renewed on time. - Ensures that government taxes and fees relating to ownership of the building facilities are timely paid and the title deeds are timely renewed

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Architecture or in a related field of study with relevant work experience. Expereince: 5 years for Master's and 7 years for Bachelor's Degree
