Job Description
The Maintenance and Repair Technician is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems to ensure equipment reliability and plant safety. The technician will diagnose equipment issues, conduct repairs, and support operational uptime in an industrial or process facility environment.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance of process equipment, assist in the maintenance of power generation equipment.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in energy, petrochemical, or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and hand/power tools.
Familiarity with rotating and static equipment, electrical troubleshooting, and control systems.
Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
Strong communication and time management skills.
