Job Description
The Instrument Operator is responsible for assisting in the operation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems used in industrial processes. This includes field instrumentation such as transmitters, control valves, sensors, and analyzers that monitor and regulate pressure, temperature, flow, and level in plant operations
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance and adjustment of the DCS (Distributed Control System), as well as the inspection, calibration, routine maintenance, and timely troubleshooting of control valves and instrumentation associated with process equipment
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience with instrumentation systems in industrial plants (preferably oil & gas, LNG, power, or chemicals).
Basic knowledge of process control instrumentation and field devices.
