Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on contracts, company policies, and regulatory matters
Draft and review legal documents and agreements
Ensure company compliance with national laws and industry regulations
Represent the company in legal proceedings as necessar
Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities

Job Requirements
LLB or higher degree in Law from a recognized institution
Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience
Licensed to practice law in Ethiopia
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
