Job Description
Our company THG PACKAGING AND PRINTING is seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction projects, with a strong focus on site-based activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily construction site activities.
Review project designs, drawings, and specifications.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors.
Prepare progress reports and maintain proper site documentation.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in site-based civil engineering work.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and MS Project.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
Professional engineering license or certification is an asset.
