Job Description
The Contract & Tender Administrator will oversee the preparation, review, and execution of contract documents and tender processes for various construction projects, particularly focusing on building finishing works. The role ensures compliance with legal and company requirements, manages contract timelines, and supports project success from a contractual perspective.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and manage contract documents for construction projects
Coordinate the tendering process including bid document preparation, advertisement, bid evaluation, and award processes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local contract laws and procurement guidelines
Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract terms are met
Track project deliverables and ensure contractor compliance
Participate in pre-bid and contract negotiation meetings
Provide technical input in contract disputes and claims
Report regularly on contract status and potential risks
Job Requirements
BSc degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience, especially in building finishing work
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred)
Excellent report writing and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project
