Duties and Responsibilities

● Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.

● File all project documents accurately and make them easily accessible for team members.

● Assist in the preparation and review of technical reports, project plans, and engineering drawings.

● Coordinate with engineers and construction teams and resolve technical issues and provide solutions.

● Check that all engineering and construction activities comply with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

● Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.

● Track project progress and assist in the preparation of progress reports and status updates.

● Provide administrative support to the Engineering and Construction Manager, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project files.

● Assist in the preparation of project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related f ields of study with a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related f ields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience.
