Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
● Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
● Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
● Implement systems for tracking project performance, including key performance indicators.
● Conduct regular project reviews and assessments and ensure alignment with project plans and objectives.
● Prepare and present detailed progress reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
● Coordinate with various departments to ensure adequate resource allocation and availability for projects.
● Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for adjustments.
● Track project expenditures and compare them with budget forecasts.
● Identify cost overruns or discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
● Prepare and maintain financial reports related to project costs and budgets.
● Evaluate and enhance project management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
● Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related fields of study with a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience.
