Get-As International Plc. is a dynamic organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border transport. We are seeking a motivated International Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to lead our global sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new markets, building strategic partnerships, and achieving international sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of cross-border sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage culturally diverse teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify and open new markets while nurturing relationships in existing ones.

  • Lead negotiations with distributors, partners, and key accounts.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt offerings for local markets.

  • Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

  • Build and manage a high-performing international sales team.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5+ years of international B2B or B2C sales experience.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in diverse markets.
