Job Description
DEGA Group Trading is Import and Export Company. Our Company is looking for a HR Officer Young, energetic, passionate, and enthusiastic graduates in Managment.
Assist the end-to-end recruitment process like Job Posting, Screening and Interviews
Prepare induction and onboarding plan and documentation for new hires
Maintain proper communication between management and employee
Maintain employee records, HR Databases and documentation
Handle employee benefits, leaves, and attendance management.
Support the performance appraisal process and monitor employee performance metrics.
Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions.
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities
