Job Description

The CVM Analytics Manager is responsible for driving data-led decision-making across the customer lifecycle through advanced analytics, insights, and reporting. This role plays a critical part in understanding customer behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting commercial teams with strategic, data-driven recommendations. The manager will lead a team of analysts and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights that improve customer acquisition, retention, and value.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead customer analytics initiatives to inform business strategies across pricing, CVM, product, and marketing.
Design and implement customer segmentation models to drive personalization and value-based engagement.
Analyze customer behavior trends to support lifecycle strategies (onboarding, base growth, retention, churn).
Develop predictive models (e.g., churn, upsell, cross-sell) to guide CVM interventions and commercial campaigns.
Deliver timely, accurate, and relevant reports and dashboards to stakeholders at all levels.
Drive insights from customer data that support strategic initiatives and campaign optimization.
Collaborate with CVM, marketing, digital, finance, and product teams to embed data insights into planning and execution.
Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices are followed across all analytics activities.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or any other relevant field with a strong focus on data analysis and computing.
Proficiency in SQL and database querying within Oracle and other relational database environments.
Strong spreadsheet modeling and data visualization skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Strong experience in data storytelling – ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Advanced skills in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data automation techniques.
Strong programming skills in analytics and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R).
Expertise in analytical techniques, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing.
High interpersonal and stakeholder management skills – able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
