Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with people.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including preparing job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
Support performance management processes and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
Administer employee benefits and leave management in accordance with company policy and labor laws.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues, policies, and procedures.
Support training and development activities and coordinate learning programs.
Assist with payroll inputs and coordination with the finance team.
Handle employee grievances and foster a positive working environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
Good understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
