Strut Engineering; is a reputable company specializing in Structural Design of various projects. it will be an exciting opportunity for a driven Structural Engineer to join this growing structural and civil engineering firm. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects including domestic and commercial developments. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares regular work accomplishment reports and makes proper follow up and submits weekly monthly and annual progress report. 

• Prepares and checks take-off sheet weekly & payment certificate.

• Prepares Bid Documents financial and technical with all the necessary preparation documents 

• Collects the necessary data from site and office to prepare take-off sheet and specification and bill of quantities in detail with Engineering department and evaluate Project Schedules.

• Make sure that current prices of basic materials are collected or checked monthly to be able to calculate price escalations in accordance with the signed contract agreement or give to marketing as annex of basic price to contract agreements 6. Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate Superior

Job Requirements

• Career Level; Degree In Civil Engineering or Construction Management from Addis Ababa University which is awarded in the last three years.

• required candidate for the position = 1)

• Required Educational background: Degree. in Civil Engineering Construction Management 

• General experience: 5 years & above 

• Similar experience: 5 year in Structural Engineering Design 

• Professional License: Graduate Engineer (minimum ) 

• Time management skill -punctuality and meeting deadlines.

• Computer skill - mandatory with software skills for drafting or drawing such as Autocad ,Microsoft Office Apps, MS Project and Prima Vera
