Job Description

Staff members are required to strictly follow the safety regulations policy. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times when working in hazardous areas. Any potential hazards should be reported immediately to supervisors or safety officers to prevent accidents. A collaborative approach is essential in maintaining a hazard-free worksite by ensuring the area remains organized, and equipment and materials are stored safely  

  • Reports to: Head of HR 

  • Staff directly reporting to this post: HR Officer – Recruitment & System Support  

  • Budget approval Limit: None 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 

  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding talent across various roles,  

  • Experience in aligning recruitment strategies with business growth and workforce needs,  

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing strategies 

  • Strong Communication Skills 

  • Experience implementing diversity hiring initiatives and building diverse talent pools. 

  • Experience in tracking recruitment KPIs 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong Interpersonal and Negotiation skill 

  • Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage recruitment teams and promote collaboration across departments. 

  • Ability to adapt to changing regulations, benefits trends, and workplace dynamics. 

  • Commitment to organizational values  

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment progress, & challenges 

  • Track and report on employee turnover and retention rates 

  • Prepares quarterly report on the percentage of job offers accepted by candidates compared to those rejected,

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience
