Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Architect with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all phases of architectural work, from initial concept design and development through to construction administration and project completion.
This role requires a deep understanding of both aesthetic design and the practicalities of construction. You will collaborate closely with our engineering, project management, and construction teams to ensure that designs are not only visionary but also feasible, compliant, and executed to the highest standards. Design & Development:
Develop and prepare architectural designs and concepts for a variety of projects.
Create detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
Project Coordination & Collaboration:
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers, to develop integrated and coordinated project designs.
Ensure designs comply with all building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and other relevant legal standards.
Review and coordinate contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material samples to ensure they align with design specifications.
Project Administration & Site Supervision:
Participate in project meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to design plans, and resolve any on-site issues or discrepancies.
Manage project timelines and deliverables for the architectural scope of work, ensuring deadlines are met.
Creativity & Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and construction technologies.
Contribute innovative and sustainable design solutions that enhance project value and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-graduation professional experience in an architectural design or construction environment.
Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of completed or in-progress projects is mandatory. Please provide a link or a PDF copy with your application.
Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in the following software is essential:
CAD/BIM: AutoCAD and Revit
3D Modeling: SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar
Rendering: V-Ray, Lumion, or similar
Graphics: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
