Frontieri Consult PLC is currently looking to hire a Junior Content and Graphics Design Officer. This role involves creating and managing brand content and graphics for the company across various media. It is perfect for someone eager to develop their design skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

In this role, you will be a vital contributor, creating visual content for both digital and print media. Your efforts will help establish the visual identity of the company and its clients. You will engage in various projects within the organization, which will require you to cultivate effective working relationships with diverse internal teams and external stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct the formatting and designing of all relevant documents of the firm, including reports, proposals, policy briefs, company profiles, brochures, presentation slides, etc, based on the client's brand guidelines.

• Create and edit graphics and photos for print and digital materials, including brochures, social media content, and web assets.

• Assist in maintaining and organizing design files and assets.

• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.

• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding and quality standards.

• Ensure all the company’s resources are on-brand from a design perspective and are updated regularly.

• PowerPoints, stationery, website design elements, reports, Profiles, brochures, etc

• Publish prepared social media posts on Capra’s and the client’s pages

• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

• Generate weekly social media reports 

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, visual communications, marketing, or allied fields 

• 2 - 3 years proven work experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office products, and familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus

• Strong understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color, composition)

• Portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative thinking

• Attention to detail and the ability to take direction and constructive feedback

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing assets

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
