Duties and Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT-related issues
Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades
Maintain the company’s internet and email systems
Assist with website maintenance and online platforms
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
Experience with network setup, maintenance, and security
