Job Requirement

• Educational Background: MA/BA degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in risk management or compliance within the financial services sector, preferably microfinance.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements affecting microfinance institutions.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
