Job Description
The Commercial Manager is responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, commercial insight, and effective client and contract management. This role oversees the commercial performance of the business, develops pricing and revenue strategies, and ensures profitable relationships with clients and partners.
Job Title: Commercial Manager
Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive sales, profitability, and market share.
Work with the global HQ team on category management, ensuring optimal product mix and lifecycle planning.
Oversee procurement and supplier negotiations to enhance cost efficiency and supply chain performance.

Define and implement competitive pricing strategies aligned with margin goals and customer perception.
Direct marketing activities to align with commercial goals, brand identity, and customer engagement strategies.
Analyze market trends and customer data to support informed decision-making.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and supply chain teams for effective strategy execution.
Monitor and adjust category and product strategies to maximize performance and profitability.
Set and monitor KPIs across category, procurement, pricing, and marketing functions
Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing, cross-functional commercial team
Report on commercial and marketing outcomes to senior leadership.
Actively participate as a member of the Executive Management Team.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial leadership roles, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer goods.
Proven experience managing category management, procurement, pricing, and marketing functions.
Strong knowledge of retail buying cycles, supplier negotiation, and product lifecycle management.
Demonstrated success in developing category strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
Deep expertise in pricing strategy, revenue management, and market positioning.
Strong alignment of commercial and marketing strategies with business and consumer trends.
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Experience in multi-location, high-volume retail environments is required; airport retail experience is a strong advantage.
