Job Description
Integrated Family Service Organization (IFSO) is an indigenous Civil Society Organization working towards the protection and empowerment of Vulnerable Children, girls, destitute Women, Families and the local Community in Addis Ababa and other regions. Our organization is currently looking for the vacant position below.
Position: Social worker
Required No.: one (Female)
Conducting initial assessments of clients' situation (children, women and their families) to determine needs and goals,
Helping individuals, families, and groups of people to cope with problems in their everyday lives.
Regular follow up of activities, maintaining accurate records/ documentation;
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and forward feedback and reports timely;
Perform other duties assigned by the program manager or management of the organization.
Terms of Employments: One year contract with the possibility of extension.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Salary: Negotiable
Qualification: B.A. Degree in Social Sciences discipline (preferably Sociology, Social work or related)
Experience:
2 years and above experience in related fields
Experience families and local community
Good report writing skills, attention to details and dead line- oriented
