Job Purpose:
To support the organization’s visibility and operations by managing digital communication platforms, coordinating events and meetings, producing multimedia content, and documenting organizational activities effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create and manage online public accounts (e.g., Facebook, Telegram, WeChat) for the association and affiliated projects.

• Plan and execute digital publicity campaigns to promote events, announcements, and initiatives.

• Take high-quality photos and videos during events and organizational activities.

• Edit photos and visual content for use in social media, reports, and promotional materials.

• Write communication and promotion plans in line with the organization’s strategic objectives.

• Arrange and coordinate meetings, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up.

• Take detailed minutes during meetings and disseminate summaries in a timely manner.

• Design and distribute promotional materials before and after events.

• Monitor engagement on social media and adjust strategies based on insights.

• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

• Skills in photography, photo editing, and visual storytelling.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficient in basic design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut).

• Experience in writing reports, plans, and meeting documentation.
