📢 Job Vacancy Announcement: Maintenance & Quality Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance and Quality Engineer to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
Diagnose breakdown problems
Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
Carry out quality inspections on jobs
Daily, weekly, period, time sheet, tasks done and error reports.
Leadership & Corporate governance responsibilities and roles
To comply personally and to ensure compliance by my team, towards all applicable laws (current and future).
To Comply personally and to be responsible to enforce compliance by the team to Ethiopian Standards (current and future), wherever required, I will remain aware of them and in case of doubt request information or training.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: -Applicants must have a degree in one of the following fields:
Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Electrical Machine Technology or a related field
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of work experience
Experience working with steel roofing roll forming machines is highly preferred
Priority will be given to candidates with relevant industry experience
Key Requirements:
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Must be able to use WhatsApp, Telegram and Email for work communication
Should be proficient in computer usage
Must be able to type with a minimum speed of 20 words per minute (WPM)
