Duties & Responsibilities:
Detail-oriented and deep analytical skills that will analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making, optimize operations, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify trends, develop reports, and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets related to delivery operations, customer behavior, logistics, and performance metrics.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and other teams to understand data needs and translate them into insightful reports.
Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues affecting delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and data management strategies.
Provide training and support to teams on data tools and reporting methodologies.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools and techniques.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, preferably in logistics, transportation, or delivery services.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Experience with data management and database systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication skills to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Languages
Fluency in spoken and written English and Amharic.
Speaking and writing local language is a plus.
