Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

• Developing project schedules and timelines. 

• Creating and managing project budgets. 

• Identifying and mitigating project risks. 

Supervision and Coordination:

• Overseeing construction work on site. 

• Managing subcontractors and vendors. 

• Ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations. 

Communication and Reporting:

• Communicating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. 

• Preparing and presenting project progress reports. 

• Managing change orders and addressing project issues. 

Resource Management:

• Hiring and managing construction teams. 

• Ensuring availability of necessary materials and equipment. 

• Tracking inventory and managing costs. 

Safety and Quality Control:

• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols on site. 

• Ensuring quality of construction work meets standards. 

• Conducting quality control inspections. 

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree In construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field

Experience: Practical experience in the construction industry is highly valued. 

Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software, reading blueprints, and understanding construction methods. 

Management Skills: Leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

Soft Skills: Interpersonal skills, strong communication, and the ability to work with diverse teams.
