Job Title: Marketing and Sales Administrator

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (This role is primarily field based)

About the Job

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and secure new clients (Domestic workers, families, professionals, elderly, singles…etc.) by presenting the company.

  • Marketing & Promotion: Represent the company in the field, participate in community events, and contribute to local outreach efforts to build brand awareness and trust. Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and brand awareness efforts.

  • Contributes to the implementation of marketing strategies

  • Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings and other information that affects marketing strategies. Propose areas for improvement in service offerings and promotional activities

  • Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and forecasts for management.

Compensation

  • Salary will be determined and agreed upon through mutual discussion during the interview process, based on experience and qualifications.

Education and Experience

  • BA degree in marketing management or any business-related field of study.

  • Candidates with a completed diploma and 12th grade, who possess outstanding marketing skills, can apply for the job.

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in similar /related position.

Required Competencies/ Technical skills

  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles

  • Good understanding of marketing research techniques and data analysis Method

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Exceptional convincing and negotiation skills

  • Highly positive attitude, open-mindedness, fast learning ability and a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals in a field-based environment.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively while primarily working outside the office.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.

  • Outstanding teamwork abilities

  • Understanding of social media & Web analysis

  • Creativity & Commercial awareness

  • Familiarity with the Addis Ababa and Sheger City is highly advantageous.
