CCECC is seeking an experienced Draftsperson with over 5 years of experience in preparing building structural working drawings. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed technical drawings to support structural design and construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce detailed structural working drawings for building projects based on engineering designs and specifications.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings in line with project requirements and relevant codes.

• Collaborate closely with structural engineers and architects to clarify design details and resolve discrepancies.

• Update and revise drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.

• Support site teams by providing technical drawings and clarifications as required.

• Adhere to company standards, quality control, and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in producing building structural working drawings.

• Proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of structural engineering concepts and construction processes.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in technical drawings.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate technical information clearly.

• Relevant diploma or certificate in Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field is preferred.
