Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Initiates promotional activities such as adverting, entrainment, and customer relation to enhance the sales performance of company products;
Follows up and ensures that vehicle products are properly displayed;
Undertakes the preparation of complete documentation and specification for tenders;
Participates in the preparation of tender sales documents and draws up sales contracts and sales agreements;
Administers and controls the sales of company products;
Assesses and reviews the activities of competitors;
Follows up for the timely delivery of products and accessories to customers as per agreed specifications and conditions;
Attends to customer needs and handles their queries;
Maintains proper records of the sales of company products, ensures that all necessary data and information on products, prices, customers, competitors, etc, are maintained in the data base;
Provides orientation and briefing to customers on the technical features and after sales support issues of vehicles;
Liaises with all concerned for pre delivery inspection and services of vehicles sold;
Follows up handover and delivery processes of sold vehicles;
Participates in providing training;
Prepares and submits periodic activity reports;
Performs any other related activities as instructed by immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
From recognized university second degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automotive Engineering/ Automotive Technology or other relevant field of study and 2 years related work experience
Or
From recognized university/collage first degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automotive Engineering/ Automotive Technology or other relevant field of study and 4 years related work experience
