Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security
Responding promptly to service issues and requests from users, either in person, over the phone, or via remote support tools.
Job Requirement
Educational: Diploma or Degree In IT Or related field
Experience: For Diploma 2 year experience & for Degree 0 year & above
Requirements
Knowledge of hardware and software, operating systems, networking, and IT security.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Place of work: Addis Ababa
