Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, COTM or in a related field of study (Work experience preferred) Required Gender: Female Work location: Jacros Duties & Responsibilites: - Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers on-site. - Enforce health and safety regulations and conduct regular safety checks. - Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management. - Resolve issues that may arise during construction work.

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, COTM or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project requirements - Create, update, and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones, deadlines, and overall progress. - Prepare, manage, and distribute project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates to stakeholders. - Track and monitor project costs, manage change orders, and assist with budget tracking and financial reporting. - Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections, ensuring all activities align with project timelines and objectives.
