Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers, present menus, and explain daily specials.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.

• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely.

Job Requirement

• Qualification: Level 1 or higher in Hotel Management, Kitchen Operations, or related fields.

• Experience: No prior experience required

Salary: Negotiable and attractive.

Work Location: Addis Ababa, Bole.

Employment Type: Permanent (after the probation period).
