መደበኛ የድርጊት መርሃ ግብሮችን እና የፕሮጀክት ማሻሻያዎችን ለከፍተኛ አመራሩ ያቅርቡ ፣ ከእቅዱ ማዛባትን ምክር መስጠት።
የትምህርት ቡድኑን የሥራ ዕቅዶችን፣ የግዥ ዕቅዶችን እና የወጪ ዕቅዶችን በወቅቱ በማዘጋጀት መደገፍ።
ዕቃዎች እና አገልግሎቶች በትክክለኛ ዝርዝሮች እና በተጨባጭ ወጪዎች መገዛታቸውን ለማረጋገጥ ከግዥ ቡድኖች ጋር ይገናኙ።

የትምህርት ደረጃ፡ ማስተርስ ዲግሪ በኢ.ዲ.ፒ.ም(EDPM) ወይም በተመሳሳይ የትምህርት መስክ የተመረቀ/ች
የስራልምድ፡ በግል የትምህርት ተቋም ቢያንስ 5 ዓመት በስራ አስኪያጅነት ያገለገለ
