በአካዳሚክ ፖሊሲዎች እና ሂደቶች በክፍል ውስጥ በተከታታይ መከተላቸውን ማረጋገጥ።
የፀሐፊዎችን እና የአስተዳደር ሰራተኞችን ሥራ እንደ መዝገብ መያዝ፣ መመዝገብ፣ የቃላት ማቀናበር እና መረጃ ማስገባትን የመሳሰሉ ተግባራትን ማቀናጀት፣ መመደብ እና መገምገም።
