Position Opening: Crop Protection & Product Development Specialist

Markos PLC is seeking an experienced Crop Protection & Product Development Specialist to help grow and support our agrochemical business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective crop protection strategies.

• Identify, register, and promote new agrochemical products.

• Provide technical support and training to the sales team and key customers.

• Conduct field trials and generate performance data for product positioning.

• Collaborate with international suppliers and local regulatory authorities.

Job Requirements

• BSc in Crop Protection, Plant Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the agrochemical industry.

• Strong knowledge of pesticide registration and product development.

• Excellent communication and in delivering technical training skills.

• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
