HST is looking for a career-oriented, self-motivated and resilient professional who is an experienced and highly skilled ERP Consultant to join our team as part of the finance function transformation of clients.

Major responsibilities

The ideal candidate ERP consultant will have an in-depth knowledge of the ERP system (preferably Odoo ERP system) and strong expertise in understanding client business processes. This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, configure Odoo ERP applications, and ensure the system is optimized to meet the business needs. The ERP Consultant will also provide training, troubleshooting if there are any issues, and ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Information Systems, Management Information System, Computer Science, Management or related field.

• Training and proven 2+ years of experience as ERP Consultant.

• Hands-on experience with ERP modules such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, etc. (preferably Odoo ERP system modules).

• Knowledge of business processes and how ERP can be applied to improve them.

• Previous experience in a consulting role or with ERP implementations is highly desirable.

• Prior experience managing ERP projects from analysis to full implementation.
