We are Looking for a Creative Graphics Designer to join our team. This is a full-time position as a Creative Graphics Designer in Lebu, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
We are looking for an active and creative graphic designer who is responsible and has the ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video), Tell stories, and meet deadlines based on strategies to meet customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Designing and producing visual materials

• UI/UX Designs

• Poster Design

• Video Editing and Animation

• Creating new visual concepts and designs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, Urban, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Creative Graphics Designer or similar role.

• Knowledge of Social media, graphic design, and Content Management.

• Knowledge of Design Theory

Skills

• Design Tools: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Illustrator, AdobeXD, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Figma, Sketch, and Capcut is essential.

• Presentable: Ability to create and organize content with a strong ability to understand design briefs and deliver high-quality work within deadlines

• Attention to Detail: Paying close attention to the smallest details to ensure high-quality work.
  UI/UX Principles: have a basic understanding of design principles such as usability, accessibility, and user flow.

• Color Theory: Knowing how to use color to evoke emotions and create a visual hierarchy.

• Typography: have a deep understanding of typography and can use fonts effectively.

• Originality: Can create unique and memorable designs that stand out.
  Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

• Soft Skills: Visual Thinking, Creativity, Critical thinking, Multitasking, Design sensibility -Communication, Artistic Ability, Teamwork, Time Management
