Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or in related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs based on data analysis and best practices. - Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures and implementing corrective actions. - Reviewing and improving existing maintenance procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Utilizing condition monitoring techniques to track equipment health and identify potential issues before they lead to failures. - Identifying and mitigating risks associated with equipment reliability and safety. - Analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, predict failures, and track the effectiveness of maintenance strategies. - Working closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on reliability goals and implementation of solutions.

BSc Degree or Diploma in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs of all electromechanical systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. - Train and mentor staff (operators, technicians, plumbers) in safe operations, maintenance protocols, and emergency response. Develop manuals/checklists. - Maintain critical spare parts inventory; procure tools/equipment by preparing technical specifications and bill of quantities.
