The Opportunity: Lubricants Engineer

We are currently seeking a qualified Lubricants Engineer to play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to our valued customers. This isn't just about selling products; it's about building strong relationships, offering innovative solutions, and contributing to the success of our clients across various industries like food & beverage, cement, mining, and more.

Under the guidance and supervision of lubricants technical support head, as a Lubricants Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of technical support and customer engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing Technical Support & Training Services: You'll create and implement training strategies, define service packages to boost lubricant revenue, and plan technical visits to key customers.

• Growing Our Customer Portfolio: You'll conduct lubrication assessments, oil monitoring, and training, identify new business opportunities, and keep an eye on market trends and competitor actions to propose new lubricant solutions.

• Performing Technical Support Services: You'll execute technical support strategies, conduct site visits, monitor revenue from technical services, and manage central lubrication systems at customer sites. You'll also prepare regular reports and train staff on lubricant knowledge.

• Ensuring Compliance: You'll uphold Total Energies' high standards for quality, safety, and our code of conduct, prioritizing health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) in all operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-year relevant experience

• Educational Background: A B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Skills: You should be analytical, possess excellent communication and marketing skills, have strong aptitude, and demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
