Job Description
A sales team leader in stride properties is responsible for guiding and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the property management sector. They develop and implement sales strategies, provide training and coaching, and monitor performance to ensure team success.
Leading and Motivating:
Directing the sales team, setting goals, and fostering a positive and productive environment to achieve targets.
Strategic Planning:
Developing and implementing sales plans to acquire new clients and increase revenue within the property management field.
Training and Coaching:
Equipping the sales team with the necessary skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
Performance Management:
Monitoring sales performance, providing feedback, and conducting regular evaluations to improve individual and team effectiveness.
Relationship Building:
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the property management industry.
Collaboration:
Working with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Analysis and Improvement:
Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
Staying Updated:
Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
In essence, a sales team leader in property management acts as a coach, mentor, and strategist, driving sales performance while fostering a positive and successful team environment.
Requirements and Qualification
BA Degree in sales and marketing or other related fields
Minimum of 3 years experience and 1 year in managerial role
