We are now seeking a Digital Learning Content Creator to produce a high-quality Learning Management System (LMS) course and podcast series. 

Position Overview; We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Digital Learning Content Creator with hands-on experience in information technology related content production and a passion for instructional design. You will be responsible for producing video-based training related content that blends audio narration, live screen demonstrations, dynamic visuals, and smooth transitions using leading AI and multimedia tools.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and storyboard instructional content for a diverse set of Information technology topics. 

• Record or generate high-quality audio narrations using tools such as Eleven Labs or Audacity. 

• Create screen recordings, walkthroughs, and demonstrations using OBS Studio, Loom, or Camtasia. 

• Develop and edit video content using Canva Pro, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro, with transitions, annotations, and motion effects. 

• Generate instructional graphics and branding materials using Sora, Canva, or Figma. 

• Package final content for deployment on LMS platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, or LearnWorlds. BEJOBS:004 2

• Ensure accessibility compliance (captions, contrast, pacing) and user-friendly visual design. 

• Collaborate with content experts and instructional designers to ensure technical accuracy and learning effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Develop and edit videos, animations, podcasts, graphics, and motion content. 

• Design interactive content (e.g., quizzes, infographics, presentations, simulations). 

• Use tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator), Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Unity, Blender, or Figma. 

• Work with instructional designers, marketers, web developers, or subject matter experts (SMEs) to align multimedia with goals. 

• Optimize and publish content across websites, LMS (like Moodle), social platforms, or CMS (like WordPress or SharePoint). 

• Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance), cross-platform responsiveness, and brand consistency. Common Skills Required 

• Proficiency in multimedia editing and design software. 

• Understanding of UI/UX principles, digital storytelling, scripting ability, with a focus on adult learning and user engagement. 

• Basic coding knowledge (HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript) is a plus. 

• Strong visual design, animation, and audio editing skills. 

• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards (if in education/training sector). 

• Project management and version control tools (e.g., Trello, Git, Asana). 

• Ability to manage multiple modules, timelines, and deliverables independently. 

• Basic understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 Admin, AWS, Azure preferred
